An Interactive, In-Person Community Experience

Join us for an engaging and collaborative session as we explore several potential land sites across the Twin Cities metro that could become the future home of Nörd Commons.

This is a pivotal moment in our journey. Together, we’ll look closely at each site, discuss what excites us (and what gives us pause), and begin to identify which locations best align with our shared vision for cohousing.

What to Expect

This interactive day is designed for conversation, connection, and collective decision-making. You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Learn about multiple potential land sites

• Visit the sites in person and imagine what could be built there

• Share your perspectives during facilitated group discussions

• Participate in a voting exercise to identify preferred options

• Learn more about next steps, including what it means to become a member

Only Explorers are eligible to take part in the site search process and voting.
